IBE-CNR Research and Innovation Projects

The Institute for BioEconomy (IBE) coordinates and participates in a vast network of national and international projects aimed at promoting sustainability and environmental resilience. Our activity spans from major European programs (Horizon, LIFE, Interreg) and strategic initiatives of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) to Rural Development Programs (RDP) and direct collaborations with enterprises.

The research documented in this section focuses on fundamental pillars: digital agriculture, sustainable forest and timber management, biometeorology, and the protection of biodiversity. Through technology transfer and scientific excellence, IBE transforms knowledge into concrete solutions for the challenges of climate change and the circular economy.
